Can you photograph a ceremony on the Blue Ridge Parkway?
Yes. The National Park Service requires a permit for ceremonies on the Parkway, so check with them early. Mountain weather changes fast, so a backup spot is smart. Early morning and the couple of hours before sunset are usually the softest light.
