Charleston is on the coast, a long drive from Greenville, and one of the best-known wedding cities in the country. Historic downtown, the barrier islands, Lowcountry gardens. We travel there for destination weddings and for brand work that needs that coastal look you can't fake in the Upstate.

Good to know
Charleston light is different from the Upstate: softer, hazier, and a lot more humid. Summer afternoons bring heat and pop-up storms, so morning and late-evening sessions are the safe bet from June through September. Parking on the peninsula is tight, which matters when a timeline has more than one location. For weddings here, anything travel-related is on the quote before you book, never added after.
