Yes. A small wedding gets the same documentary coverage, and Silver is often the right fit for a shorter day. If you're thinking about public land like Paris Mountain State Park, check with the park about ceremony rules and permits before you plan.
Do you charge for travel to TR weddings?
No. There's no travel fee for Upstate weddings and sessions, and Travelers Rest is just up the road from Greenville.
